Raised in a Polish resort town on the Baltic Sea where natural medicine was a welcome addition to a healthy lifestyle, I moved to the U.S. as an adult and was deeply distressed to see the food politics, food industry, disease and obesity in this country.
To help make a difference, I left a successful teaching career of 18 years to pursue a Master’s of Science in Nutrition, Clinical Track, at Bastyr University. There, I experienced the naturopathic approach to health and disease and the team approach to patient care.
Today, I am only licensed nutritionist in the Baltimore Metro area who specializes in environmental aspects of nutrition. My goal is to provide you with the tools you need to take charge of your health through nutrition.
